Does My Promo Factory offer a sample service? 

?We can arrange for a small charge (dependent on the promotional product) to order samples in for you to pick from prior to ordering, this amount will then be deducted off the final order or refunded if you decide not to go ahead. 

How long does my order take to deliver? 

Ordinarilly we aim to deliver all promotional products orders in 7-10 working days, but if there are any delays our team will let you know beforehand.

Can I order in-store or over the phone? 

You don't just have to use the website to order your promotional products and branded merchandise. Pop into our Cardiff showroom or give us a call to place an order, one of the team will be more than happy to assist.

Will I see how my orders look before I recieve my goods? 

Before any order is put into production, we send you a picture of your branded merchandise 'a proof', only once you are happy with this we get making your order.

Will I have to pay an artwork set up fee? 

No, we believe in charging you the best price in South Wales. All our prices are exactly what you see, no set ups and FREE delivery for all orders.

Are there minimum orders in place?

Each product varies, but yes. We have put the minimum amount under each promotional product on-site.

How will my goods be delivered? 

Your order will be delivered either via Royal Mail or courier service (DPD), we will send you the info to track your order and let you know once your promotional products are en route.

Does My Promo Factory accept returns? 

Unfortunately we can only accept returns when there has been an error on our part. If you sign off the visual of how your branded merchandise looks and aren't happy with the end product, we are always happy to help ensure you get the product you desire.
